Service Process

1.Communication
Good communication with our customers to know the target product detais, output demands, confirm the most suitable blow molding machine models and provide whole project quotations.
2.Mould design
After confirmed the product, our engineers will provide the professional 3D drawing as per your samples, and we can also help you design the bottles as per your own idea or based on our own samples.
3.Drawing confirmation
After finalizing the drawings, we will send to you for approval, only after your approval& signature we will officially start the mould& all project.
4.Machine and mould production
After customer confirm and sign the drawing, we will start the production proces, from sheet-metal process, CNC fine machining, machine assembly, painting, to electrical installing, machine& mould testing, product testing...
5.Testing
We provide sufficient raw materials for each customer's project, to make enugh testing in our factory for both machine and moulds. It will 100% guarantee that there is no any problem before delivery to customer's factory.
6.Product inspection
After mould tested, we will do inspections to dimensions, appearance, cap sealing, thickness, filling lever, drop testing, leakage testing, screw testing...so on, to ensure the finishing is 100% as per original sample.
7.Sending samples
After mould tested, we will send the samples to our customer for approval, also will attach a testing report of machine&  mould, to make our customer know parameters like cycle time, production capacity, botttle weight, thickness...so on.
8.Packing delivery
Blow molding machine are packed with plastic film; auxiliary machines and spare parts are packed with wooden boxes. The loading to containers is done according to weight balance, every package's position is fixed in containers to avoid moving. The photos of whole delivery will be sent to our customers for reference.
9.Customer acceptance
After customer received our machine, just arrange to prepare the air, water& electric connections. Then arrange 2~3technical people who had experiences in plastic machinery filed, especially blow molding machine or injection molding machine. They will be trained by our engineers later.
10.Installation and training
We will send the engineers to customer's factory, to test run the machine until it is running in normal state. Customer will bear the round-trip air tickets, accommodating, hotel and technology fee. We will also help customer training their operator how to operation and maintenance machines, make sure they can operate our machine independently.

Extrusion blow molding
In Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM), plastic is melted and extruded into a hollow tube (a parison). This parison is then captured by closing it into a cooled metal mold. Air is then blown into the parison, inflating it into the shape of the hollow bottle, container or part. After the plastic has cooled sufficiently, the mold is opened and the part is ejected.

EBM processes may be either continuous (constant extrusion of the parison) or intermittent. Types of EBM equipment may be categorized as follows:

1. Continuous Extrusion Equipment

  • Rotary wheel blow molding systems
  • Shuttle machinery

2. Intermittent Extrusion Machinery

  • Reciprocating screw machinery
  • Accumulator head machinery

Examples of parts made by the EBM process include dairy containers, shampoo bottles, and hollow industrial parts such as drums.

Basic polymers, such as PP, HDPE, PVC and PET are increasingly being co-extruded with high barrier resins, such as EVOH or Nylon, to provide permeation resistance to water, oxygen, CO2 or other substances. In dairy applications, it is possible to extrude a black light-blocking layer in the center layer of containers, with opaque white resin used in the inner and outer layers.
Compared to injection molding, blow molding is a low pressure process, with typical blow air pressures of 25 to 150 psi. This low pressure process allows the production of economical low-force clamping stations, while parts can still be produced with surface finishes ranging from high gloss to textured. The resulting low stresses in the molded parts also help make the containers resistant to strain and environmental stress cracking.

Accumulator Head Machinery is used for the extrusion blow molding of large industrial hollow parts. Examples of parts produced on this machinery include drums, trash cans, automotive panels, playground equipment, and large containers, such as Jerry Cans, for liquid storage. Most parts produced on accumulator head machinery are single layer; however, specialized machinery is capable of producing parts with up to seven unique layers of plastic - these machines are used primarily to manufacture automotive gasoline tanks with barrier layers.
